Servicing and Repair

As the driver of the vehicle it is your responsibility to ensure that it is serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
When taking your vehicle to be serviced or repaired, simply book it in to your nominated dealership under the name of Lookers Leasing. This will ensure correct authorisation and billing procedures are followed.

Please present your Vehicle Identification Card (located in the pocket of the tax disc holder) to the service agent before any work is undertaken. They will call Lookers Leasing for authorisation to carry out the work, thereby ensuring that you are not charged. Your Company may have set limits for expenditure on broken, damaged or missing items – if unsure you can refer to our Maintenance Control team for guidance. On completion of the service work carried out, please check that your service book has been correctly stamped showing date and mileage, and returned to you.
